Boiling Springs Dentistry opened in June 2007. Dr. Fletcher’s vision has been to create a family-friendly practice where patients receive excellent dental treatment in a comfortable, trusting environment. Since opening, our dental family continues to grow with new staff and more space to meet the needs of our patients. Although the practice has grown, Dr. Fletcher and his team remain committed to giving each patient the time, attention, and high-quality care they deserve.

Dr. Fletcher completed dental school at the Medical University of South Carolina and completed his undergraduate studies at Clemson University, where he graduated magna cum laude and earned degrees in Biology and Spanish. Upon graduation from dental school in 2004, Dr. Fletcher was recognized by his professors for excellence in general dentistry. Dr. Fletcher subsequently completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Vermont, where he received additional training in oral surgery, dental trauma, and medically complex patients. Dr. Fletcher and his wife, Chris, reside in Boiling Springs with their four children. In his free time, Dr. Fletcher enjoys running, hiking, and sports of all kinds. He is a volunteer with Miracle Hill Free Clinic and Donated Dental Services of South Carolina. His professional associations include Spartanburg County Dental Society, South Carolina Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. Dr. Fletcher has over fifteen years of experience and is fluent in Spanish. He opened Boiling Springs Dentistry in June of 2007.
Dr. Montana Woollen grew up on the coast in Georgetown, South Carolina. She attended Winthrop University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the Medical University of South Carolina. She was actively involved at MUSC’s College of Dental Medicine where she was on the American Student Dental Association (ASDA) Executive Committee, a member of American Association of Women Dentists (AAWD), a volunteer at the East Cooper Community Outreach free dental clinic, and an ambassador for Dental Community Fellowship.
Dr. Woollen is passionate about using her dental skills to serve others. She has participated in four international dental mission trips, including weeks in Peru, Jamaica, Ecuador, and Nicaragua. She has also volunteered domestically through SC Dental Access Day, Helping Hands Free Dental Clinic, and other local organizations.
After graduating from dental school, Dr. Woollen continued her training at a General Practice Residency at Prisma Health Hospital in Columbia, SC. There she was trained in sedation dentistry, implant dentistry, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and general restorative dentistry.
After residency, Dr. Woollen came to practice dentistry in Spartanburg along with her husband, Dr. Todd Woollen, who is a Spartanburg native.
Dr. Woollen is a member of the American Dental Association, South Carolina Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is currently serving as the President of the Spartanburg County Dental Society.
Outside of the office, Dr. Woollen enjoys spending time with her husband (Todd), her daughter (Nora), and their labradoodle (Hattie).
